Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days. We offer fair
shipping rates. Our customers will recieve delivery tracking numbers for domestic
order and International orders recieve a shipping comformation number.
Domestic - shipping rates can be viewed before checkout is complete through Paypal.
International - some International shipping rates can be viewed before checkout is
complete through Paypal other International shipping rates are quoted after your PayPal
order request is complete and the order is refunded if the buyer does not agree to the
shipping fee.
Return policy:
Our products are made with pride and we take the utmost care to ensure quality.
Each item is put through a final inspection right before it goes into the packaging.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item your claim must be received within 10
days from the day you received your order.
First notify customercare@prettyanntoinets.com. After you notify, us send the
item back in its original condition, never worn and never washed and we will
replace the item with one of equal value, with no additional cost to you.
